What to Expect

After purchasing Remote OBD2 Tuning, you will receive an email to connect with a Get Back Options technician to verify your vehicle's information. Afterwards, we will arrange for our technicians to perform real-time Remote OBD2 Tuning for you.

To complete the service, you'll need the following:

• UCDS Pro+ USB Cable: A small device that connects your vehicle's computer to your laptop. You can purchase one here.
• Windows laptop: Ensure your laptop is running Windows and has both TeamViewer and FORScan installed. TeamViewer allows us to remotely connect to your computer, while FORScan is a specialized software for Ford vehicle diagnostics.
